LBank will upgrade the futures trading system at 03:00 (UTC) on December 27, 2022. The upgrade duration is expected to be 2 hours. During this period, futures trading will suspend fund transfers and trading. Therefore, users should pay attention to the following matters:
- During the upgrade period, the platform will conduct automatic settlements on all positions, and there may be profit and loss deviations at that time. Therefore, it is recommended that users close positions by themselves before the upgrade to avoid liquidation.
- Transfer funds between Spot and Futures accounts are suspended during the upgrade period. You can contact Customer Service after the upgrade if the fund is not received.
- The system upgrade time is estimated to be 2 hours, which may not be accurate. We will synchronize the upgrade progress on various social media. You can follow the latest progress through Twitter, Telegram, etc.
