This gives the community a voice in deciding which projects receive funding and grants. 3. Launchpad Access: The protocol uses a tiered system where holding or staking XRUNE grants users priority access to participate in IDOs and early-stage investment opportunities hosted on the platform. 4. Incubation: Beyond just a launch platform, Thorstarter functions as a decentralized venture capital firm, offering marketing support, community building, and strategic advisory services to its partner projects.
