Revolt 2 Earn, commonly referred to by its token symbol RVLT, is the first ecosystem token launched as part of the Cult DAO project. It is built on the Polygon network as a proof-of-stake token. While the original Cult DAO protocol focuses on providing funding for decentralized protocols and technologies, Revolt 2 Earn is specifically designed to support and reward individuals who work toward the goal of global decentralization and economic freedom. The project operates on a concept that aims to empower The Many, a term used for the community of individuals actively promoting the principles of the ecosystem. The core mechanism involves a system where users can perform various tasks that support the cause of decentralization, such as community advocacy, spreading the project's manifesto, or engaging in actions that challenge centralized systems. These actions are submitted to the community for review. Governance within the Revolt 2 Earn system is managed by a randomly selected group of participants. Every month, a specific number of token stakers and NFT owners are chosen to act as judges. These selected individuals are responsible for reviewing submissions and either approving or disapproving them based on the impact and effort of the actions described. This process ensures that rewards are distributed in a decentralized and community-driven manner. When a submission is approved, the protocol triggers a distribution mechanism. A portion of the allocated reward goes directly to the individual who performed the action, while other portions are distributed among stakers to provide an incentive for long-term participation. Additionally, the project incorporates a deflationary element where a percentage of the tokens involved in these transactions is permanently removed from circulation. A small fraction is also used to support the broader Cult DAO treasury. The overarching vision of Revolt 2 Earn is to create a sustainable model where individuals can earn a living or supplement their income by contributing to the growth of decentralized finance and culture. By rewarding grassroots activism and individual contributions, the project seeks to provide an alternative to traditional labor systems and help people transition into a more decentralized economy.
