MOVA is a utility token built on the Solana blockchain. Its core purpose is to incentivize participation, enhance global recognition, and establish a deflationary economic model within the MOVA logistics ecosystem. The underlying entity, MOVA International, integrates blockchain technology to revolutionize the logistics sector by creating a more efficient and transparent global network for freight and supply chain operations.

MOVA seeks to transform the logistics industry by integrating blockchain for unparalleled efficiency and scalability. It establishes a Logistics Investment Program, enabling participation in a growing global logistics network. The project bridges traditional finance with Web3, offering a transparent, regulation-ready blockchain for real economic activities, including cross-border payments, stablecoin settlement, and compliant decentralized finance (DeFi).

The MOVA token utilizes the Solana blockchain for its speed and scalability. Additionally, MOVA itself is described as a next-generation blockchain engineered for high performance, institutional trust, and a modular architecture. It integrates a high-throughput Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG)-based execution engine to enable real-time, regulation-ready, and plug-and-play payment systems, setting a new standard for compliant and scalable Web3 infrastructure.

The MOVA token is designed to be deflationary, supported by buybacks and burns funded from the company's delivery earnings. Holders can receive daily profits simply by holding the token, without a lock-in period. Purchases of MOVA tokens worth a certain amount qualify for an equivalent investment on the MOVA platform. This investment program offers various logistics plans, such as air, ocean, ground freight, and drone delivery, contributing to logistics expansion and providing opportunities for returns.

MOVA envisions establishing on-chain payments and Real-World Asset (RWA) settlement. Key milestones include a testnet launch planned for August 2025, demonstrating high transaction processing speeds exceeding 110,000 TPS. The launch of its native token and derivatives protocol, MOVA Liquid, is scheduled for November 2025. The project aims to expand its institutional-grade financial infrastructure globally, bridging Web3 and traditional finance through KYC/AML compliance, ultimately serving as a core settlement layer for real-time, regulation-ready global value transfer.

MOVA International is the company responsible for launching the MOVA token. Leadership roles mentioned include CEO Wael Muhaisen and CTO Jerry, who have contributed to outlining MOVA's blockchain roadmap and strategy. The MovaChain initiative also secured a strategic investment led by Aqua1 Foundation and GeoNova Capital, with additional participation from other institutions based in Abu Dhabi, supporting its development and expansion.
