KTX.Finance is a decentralized exchange protocol that focuses on perpetual futures and spot trading. The second token, KLP, represents the liquidity provider token for the platform. It is backed by a multi-asset pool containing a mix of stablecoins and blue-chip cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and BNB. This pool acts as the counterparty to traders on the exchange. Liquidity providers who mint KLP by depositing assets into this pool earn a significant portion of the platform's trading fees. This model is designed to offer traders low swap fees and zero slippage by allowing them to trade directly against the liquidity pool rather than a traditional order book. Technologically, KTX.Finance emphasizes security and interoperability. It has integrated zero-knowledge proof technology through partnerships to facilitate secure cross-chain transfers of the KTC token between supported networks. This infrastructure aims to create a seamless user experience similar to centralized exchanges while maintaining the self-custody and transparency of a decentralized platform. The project was founded in 2022 and has received backing from several prominent venture capital firms in the crypto space.
