IguVerse is a Web3 application that introduces a unique Socialize-to-Earn model alongside Move-to-Earn and Play-to-Earn features. It utilizes NFT 2.0 concepts where users create personalized AI-generated pet NFTs. Unlike traditional projects, users earn rewards by completing daily tasks such as sharing pet photos on social media platforms, walking their pets, and playing in-app mini-games. This ecosystem aims to gamify social interaction and physical activity while rewarding users for their daily engagement.

A real-life pet is not required to participate. IguVerse leverages advanced AI machine learning technology, allowing users to generate virtual pet NFTs by describing them or uploading a photo. To begin, users need to acquire a pet NFT. The entry cost varies based on the rank of the NFT, with options ranging from basic free-entry ranks to high-tier assets. Once an NFT is obtained, players can start performing daily tasks to accumulate energy and earn rewards.

IguVerse operates on a dual-token economy. $IGU is the primary governance token used for staking, performing high-level NFT upgrades, and participating in DAO governance decisions. In contrast, $IGUP is the reward token with an unlimited supply. Users earn $IGUP by completing daily social, walking, and gaming tasks. While $IGU is typically obtained via exchanges like LBank or through specific events, $IGUP serves as the main utility currency for standard in-game earnings and basic pet maintenance.

Energy Points are a core mechanic that determines reward eligibility. To claim daily rewards, users must reach a minimum threshold, typically 60 energy points. Energy is earned through activities like the cactus jumping mini-game, walking, and social sharing. If a user fails to meet the daily requirement, their earned energy is halved and carried over to the next day. This system ensures consistent engagement and is essential for converting daily activity into token rewards within the app.

$veIGU (vote-escrowed IGU) is obtained by locking $IGU tokens for a specific period. This follows a governance model that grants users increased voting power within the DAO and boosts their reward earnings. Staking $IGU allows users to support the network's stability while potentially earning yield. While some staking pools may offer flexibility, locking tokens for $veIGU typically requires a commitment period in exchange for enhanced benefits and a greater influence on the platform's future development.

IguVerse utilizes a dual-wallet system consisting of an internal and external wallet. The internal wallet is used for seamless gameplay and processing in-game mechanics on the BNB Chain. For users to see their NFTs in external non-custodial wallets or trade them on secondary markets, the assets must be bridged or withdrawn from the app. Security is a priority, with the project pointing to smart contract audits by firms like Hacken to ensure a safe environment for managing assets.
