The initial supply of LOCKS tokens is 190,000,000. Of this, 34 million tokens are allocated to the team, permanently staked and locked, preventing their sale. Another 156 million tokens are assigned to seed investors, also locked, staked, and unlock linearly over 12 months, commencing three months after the Token Generation Event (TGE). LOCKS does not have a fixed supply; tokens are minted when users buy and burned when users sell, leading to an elastic supply model.
Goldiswap establishes the initial liquidity for LOCKS using two distinct liquidity pools: the floor supporting liquidity pool (FSL) and the price supporting liquidity pool (PSL). The FSL is designed to set a minimum amount of HONEY, Berachain's native stablecoin, that backs each LOCKS token.
