GAIB is presented as the economic layer for AI computing power, designed to transform GPU assets into yield-bearing financial products. It functions as a financial infrastructure platform that tokenizes enterprise-grade GPUs and their associated revenue streams. Its core purpose is to bridge real-world AI hardware and its economic activity with decentralized finance (DeFi), allowing investors to participate in the burgeoning AI economy without directly owning physical hardware.

GAIB addresses several critical issues, including the lack of a liquid market for compute assets and the capital barriers faced by cloud and data centers. It also tackles the prevalent absence of real, sustainable yields in the crypto space, often dominated by token inflation, by offering genuine returns. Furthermore, GAIB fills a void in direct investment channels for AI infrastructure, effectively connecting substantial DeFi liquidity with real-world AI hardware to provide better funding options for data centers and novel investment avenues for users.

GAIB operates by tokenizing productive AI assets, thereby enabling their financialization. The platform converts investors' stablecoins directly into investments in real-world AI infrastructure. It utilizes a robust, modular architecture comprising components like LIQUID, REWARD, ONRAMP, PROOF, and NETWORK. These modules collectively work to validate, securely tokenize, and financialize AI assets with an emphasis on institutional-grade security, ensuring a structured and reliable process from asset verification to investment.

The GAIB ecosystem features three key tokens. AID is GAIB's AI synthetic dollar, aiming to link real-world AI economies with DeFi, backed by U.S. Treasuries to offer sustainable yields from AI demand. sAID is the staked version of AID, designed as a yield-bearing token whose value appreciates as revenues from AI infrastructure financing deals accrue. The native GAIB token serves as the governance and utility token, enabling staking for network security, voting on key decisions, providing priority access to tokenized GPU tranches, and offering economic incentives.

GAIB generates real yields through tangible AI infrastructure financing deals. This involves lending capital to GPU operators and robotics companies, who then repay with interest derived from their compute revenues. These real-world cash flows are the foundation of GAIB's yield generation. Unlike inflationary crypto models that often rely on token emissions, GAIB distributes these profits to sAID holders primarily through the appreciation of sAID's Net Asset Value. This mechanism ensures that the yields are sustainable and directly linked to productive economic activity.

GAIB enhances security through collaborations with third-party auditors and credit underwriters, managing risks for its financing deals. sAID's backing is protected via overcollateralization and a bankruptcy-remote structure, supplemented by insurance funds against protocol losses. Regarding transparency, GAIB is implementing proof of reserves and redemption features for AID/USDC exchanges, following past community concerns. However, like all crypto projects, GAIB carries inherent risks such as market volatility. The team is committed to rebuilding trust through these enhanced transparency initiatives.
