The CDGProject tackles the need for decentralized computing resources. It builds a global decentralized datacenter using user-owned hardware devices, which contribute computing power for AI computing, decentralized cloud services, VPN, and edge computing. This model aims to provide an alternative to centralized providers, potentially offering more efficient, accessible, and resilient infrastructure for various digital services.

The CDGProject operates through a decentralized network of user-owned hardware devices, such as 'CDG Home' and 'CDG Power Home.' Users plug in these devices, which then contribute computing resources to a global decentralized datacenter. Blockchain technology is essential as it underpins the CDG utility token, an ERC-20 standard, which rewards device owners for their contributions and facilitates payments for network services. This decentralized and token-incentivized model is foundational to the project's design.

The CDG Project is managed by Codego Group LTD, a European fintech company. This entity brings significant experience in payments, IBAN accounts, and card issuing to the project. Their background in traditional financial technology provides a strong foundation for integrating the Web3 initiative with real-world financial infrastructure, particularly evident in the project's plans for payment solutions and card integration.

The CDG token serves multiple utilities within its ecosystem. It primarily rewards owners of CDG Devices for contributing computing resources to the network. Beyond rewards, the token is used to pay for various network services, including AI compute, decentralized cloud, and VPN. Furthermore, it facilitates interaction with Codego's existing IBAN and Mastercard infrastructure via the CDG Project app, enables premium access, and is intended for future governance within the project.

The CDG token has a total supply capped at 10 billion CDG. Its allocation strategy designates 70% to the Treasury, primarily for rewarding device owners, 5% to the Team, 5% to Marketing, 5% to Operations, and 5-10% for Liquidity & Partners. The project employs a reward emission model where each contributing device receives 200 CDG per day from the Treasury. This structure is designed to incentivize network participation and resource contribution.

CDG tokens are designed for real-world utility. Through the CDG Project app, users gain access to a Mastercard, which allows them to spend CDG and other cryptocurrencies both online and in physical stores. This functionality is further enhanced by integrations with popular mobile payment platforms like Apple Pay and Google Pay. This infrastructure bridges the gap between the decentralized network's rewards and conventional financial transactions, providing practical spending options for token holders.
