BK Genie shall not be liable for any loss arising from or related to any of the following:

any decision made by a user in reliance on BK Genie output;
any inaccuracy, incompleteness, delay, or bias in AI-generated output;
any event postponement, cancellation, interruption, officiating change, data-source discrepancy, or result dispute;
any loss arising from prediction markets, event contracts, digital asset trading, or other related activities;
any issue arising from third-party data, third-party services, third-party platforms, or external links;
any network failure, system maintenance, technical abnormality, hacker attack, force majeure event, or regulatory requirement; or
any violation by a user of these Terms of Use, applicable laws and regulations, or relevant platform rules.

In no event shall BK Genie be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, loss of trading opportunities, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other similar losses, except where otherwise mandatorily required by applicable law.

User Responsibility & Indemnification

You shall be solely responsible for your use of BK Genie, your input content, and any decisions made based on BK Genie content.
If you violate these Terms of Use, applicable laws and regulations, or any third-party rights, and such violation causes any claim, loss, or damage to BK Genie or any related party, you shall bear the corresponding liability in accordance with law and hold the relevant parties harmless.

Amendments to the Terms
