How-to Steps
Access「Personal Center > Identity Verification」

Log in and tap avatar on top left to navigate to「Personal Center」;

As shown in the image, tap the orange label on the profile icon with「Identity Not Verified >」. Switch to your Account Information page, tap「Identity Verification」.

After confirming your account information, tap「Verify Immediately」to proceed.

Select Document Type & Upload

Choose「Country/Region of Your ID」and「ID Type」for verification, then tap「Next」.

After confirming the「Issuing Country」and「Document Type」, tap「Continue」.

Read the instructions carefully and place your document within the camera frame as prompted. Make sure all key information is clearly visible, then tap「Continue」to take the photo.

Once the document photo is uploaded, the system will verify it automatically. If the image is unreadable, you will be returned to the submission page and asked to retake the photo.

Complete Facial Recognition & Await Review

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete facial recognition.

Once your KYC verification is approved, you will receive a successful verification notification. The orange「Identity Not Verified」label in the Personal Center will also change to the green「Verified」label.
