1. Qualification Criteria: Only users who complete a P2P deposit of more than 100 USDT with merchants labeled as “LBank Certified Merchant/Trading Competition Certified Merchant” and have spot/futures trading volume above 10 USDT will be eligible to share rewards. Transactions with non-certified merchants are not counted for this event.

2. Reward Distribution: After the event ends, all eligible users will share the USDT prize pool, and 10 “Lucky Stars” will be randomly selected.

3. Anti-Cheating and Risk Control: Any improper behavior (including but not limited to electronic scripts, bots, bulk/repeated registrations, self-trading, or collusion) will result in immediate disqualification, and LBank may take corresponding risk control measures. Any form of “internal trading” or abnormal counterparty matching is strictly prohibited (including unusual fund transfers, wash trading, mutual order padding, or excessively frequent mutual transactions between users or merchants). Once verified, the qualification will be revoked, and further actions may be taken depending on the severity.

4. Compliance Obligations: All participants must comply with the LBank User Agreement, Privacy Policy, and related rules. LBank reserves the right to disqualify and take necessary measures against any accounts suspected of fraud, abuse, multiple account use, or other illegal or irregular behavior.

5. Modification and Interpretation Rights: LBank reserves the right to the final interpretation of this event and its rules and may modify, suspend, or terminate the event or its rules without prior notice. Please refer to the latest announcement on the platform for updates.

6. Applicable Terms: These rules form part of the LBank User Agreement and Privacy Policy. In case of any inconsistency, the specific provisions in these event rules shall prevail.
